WEIGHT & FAT LOSS
We focus on your goals of an overall reduction in body weight, while fat loss is a reduction in body fat. When you lose weight, you're not just losing body fat: you're making changes to each component of your body composition – body fat, Lean Body Mass, and Body Water. MASSAGE THERAPY
Relax, rejuvenate and repair with a full body deep tissue massage therapy. Gentle stretches, acupressure, reflexology and aromatherapy to stimulate the blood flow, oxygen and heal you from the stress that you experience in your life.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This includes a selection and development of dynamic /static exercises used to improve physical performance. Whilst it originally benefited athletes it is now widely used in both the sporting world and more generally better fitness development used to develop every area of the body and improve the way a person moves.


OUTDOOR FUNCTIONAL
Outdoor workouts challenge your muscles with inclines, declines, and obstacles. You'll also improve your mood and boost self-esteem by performing outdoor exercises with us. We specialize in beach and wilderness workouts regiments and will increase your fitness levels.
Regardless of what your training goals might be, outdoor functional training exercises will help challenge your body in new ways. While you enjoy the fresh air as you perform these outdoor workouts.
ENERGY WORK
(EXPULSION OF NEGATIVE ENERGY)
Energy work can take on many forms. A whole spectrum of modalities to heal the mind, body, and spirit exists. Our goal get rid of negative energy, clearing your Chakras the spinning vortices of energy running from the base of the spine to the top of the head. According to the traditional Hindu system, there are seven of these energy wheels - each has a different color and spinning in a clockwise motion. Each chakra closely correlates to a specific organ or endocrine gland, which lays the foundation to healing our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual selves.
When chakras become blocked, we feel sick or out of balance. Non-intrusive techniques are utilized to rebalance and heal chakras, leaving clients feeling more relaxed and spiritually connected.
